Return Policy
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Verde Mantis. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Depending on your particular scenario, we will exchange the product or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all of the parts, cords and accessories that were included when you received it.
We reserve the right to grant refunds at our discretion.
All returns require a return authorization (“RMA”) issued in advance by Verde Mantis, LP
Any shipment received without an RMA could be shipped back at the sender’s expense. The RMA number should be added to the outside of the return package, and a copy of the Support Ticket should be included inside of the package. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any and all shipping costs relating to a Non-Defective return.
Once we receive your item and verify that all parts, cables, and accessories are returned, and that the product is not damaged, a refund will be processed. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.
Non-Defective Item Return
All non-defective items returned for refund are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee which is based off the MSRP of the Mantis and does not account for discounts. All shipping fees associated with the return of a non-defective item are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must include all original equipment, accessories, manuals, cables, and documents; any missing accessory will be replaced at a fee.
Defective Item Return
Items demonstrating a defect within thirty (30) days of delivery can be returned for full credit or refund of the purchase price, without any restocking fee. In those cases, Verde Mantis, LP will issue a prepaid return shipping label (continental US returns only). Please note that items can be deemed defective only by the Verde Mantis, LP technical support team.
If a return shipping label is provided by Verde Mantis, LP, the address included will be the original location the item was shipped to.
Items returned as “defective”, which are found to be not defective, will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
