We work very hard to make sure the Mantis 3D Printer runs well right out of the box, but if you’re running into issues, we’re here to help.

Please take a look at this trouble shooting guide before reaching out to our customer support team. Many common problems have been addressed here, and we’ve developed a number of guides and video resources to help you resolve your own issue!

If after browsing our troubleshooting section you are still having a problem, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best best to help you.

Slice Files Manually

We will do our best to help you be successful in your 3D printing journey, however, we reserve the right to limit support to users who do not use the Mantis' “Just Press Print” user interface to start their prints.

Note: Be cognizant of the fact that your Mantis will require you set up your slicer profiles to work with our system. Before you you start this process, please consider any Gcode present during Octoprint Startup, and integration with any proprietary features that make 3D printing easy with your Mantis.
