The filament can get stuck on one of the grooves in the extruder. The best way to thread the filament through is to snip off the end of the filament. Then you would use your finger to straighten the filament , taking out any curvature of the filament and threading it again.
If that doesn’t work just rotate the filament when it hits the point where it gets stuck. When it hits that point you can “spin” it in your fingers, where you can get it passed the sticking point.

Due to the oil on our hands it can cause the magnetic build plate to become dirty. The best way to remove those oils is to wash the magnetic build plate. Simply just take some dish soap and wash it with water. After you wash it just use some paper towel to dry it off and put it back on the magnetic bed.
If this doesn’t improve the adhesion on your bed. Then you will need to move the nozzle 0.1 closer to the bed. (example: if the nozzle gap was -0.6, then make it -0.7)
